The Campaign for the Mind of America is a multi-year effort on many fronts to promote investment in recovery and to prevent the abandonment of yet another generation of Americans with mental illnesses to neglect and hopelessness. The Campaign highlights the need to build a comprehensive, efficient system to screen, evaluate, diagnose and treat mental illnesses at every stage of life.
2005 Legislative Report Card This report is an overview of the WV Legislative Session that convened January 9, 2005 and ended on April 15, 2005. There were a number of bills that were important to mental health
treatment and care. The following contains a short description of each bill, the action taken by the
legislature, and a grade given as to the positive impact on mental health services.
