Jean-Michel Texier

Jean-Michel Texier serves as Chief Information Officer for NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Jean-Michel has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field serving nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining NAMI in 2010, Jean-Michel held various IT executive positions including Chief Information Officer at the World Wildlife Fund, Information Systems Officer at the United Nations and Senior Program Director at The Nature Conservancy.

Jean-Michel has extensive experience with IT operations of varying sizes as well as managing large projects including implementations of membership and direct marketing systems for established organizations like: American Cancer Society, National Wildlife Federation and World Wildlife Fund.

He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne, Switzerland.

He is also a family member of a person living with mental illness.
