The Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law Fair Housing Publications

The Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law has published two documents regarding fair housing for people with disabilities that may be of particular interest to NAMI members.  These two documents are entitled "What 'Fair Housing' Means for People with Disabilities," and "Digest of Cases and Other Resources on Fair Housing for People with Diasabilities."  One of the documents, "What 'Fair Housing' Means for People with Disabilities," is available as a PDF document and can be viewed directly from the Bazelon Center website.  Click here to view this document.
