A Blueprint for Change

The National enter for Mental Health and Juvenile Justice (NCMHJJ) is pleased to announce the availability of the Blueprint for Change: A Comprehensive Model for the Identification and Treatment of Youth with Mental Health Needs in Contact with the Juvenile Justice System. The Blueprint, which was developed by the NCMHJJ with support from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), provides practical framework for juvenile justice and mental health systems to use when developing programs and policies aimed at improving mental health services for tooth in the juvenile justice system.
