2010 NAMI National Convention Coverage 2010 NAMI Convention

How to Register

There are three ways to register for the 2010 NAMI Annual Convention:

1. Online

  • You MUST have a valid credit card in order to register online. If you do not have a credit card please register via U.S. mail.
  • Click here to register online.

2. Fax

  • Fax to NAMI Convention Department: 703-516-0692.
  • Faxed registrations MUST be received no later than May 31, 2010.
  • Faxed registrations MUST include complete credit card information.

3. U.S. Mail

Fees and Deadlines

Full Conference

Member Fees:

  • Super Saver rate of $210 if paid before March 1, 2010
  • Early Bird rate of $235 if paid before May 31, 2010
  • Last minute rate of $260 if paid after May 31, 2010

Non-Member Fees

  • Super Saver rate of $260 if paid before March 1, 2010
  • Early Bird rate of $285 if paid before May 31, 2010
  • Last minute rate of $310 if paid after May 31, 2010

Consumer Fees

  • Consumer Member rate of $135 if paid before May 31, 2010
  • Consumer Member rate of $150 if paid after May 31, 2010
  • Consumer Non-Member rate of $175 if paid before May 31, 2010
  • Consumer Non-Member rate of $195 if paid after May 31, 2010

Day Rate*

  • Member Fees: $100 per day
  • Non-Member Fees: $125 per day
  • Consumer Member Fees: $60 per day
  • Consumer Non-Member Fees: $75 per day

* The Day Rates do not include the NAMI Convention Banquet on Saturday, July 3, 2010. If you wish to attend the banquet and are paying the Day Rate, you must purchase a banquet ticket. Tickets to the banquet cost $60.

Confirmations

If you register online you will receive your confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you register by fax or mail, a confirmation will be mailed to you within three weeks of NAMI's receipt of your registration.

If you do not receive a confirmation after three weeks, please e-mail convention@nami.org.

You must register on-site in Washington, DC if you have not received your confirmation by June 15.

Cancellations and Changes

  • If you cancel prior to May 31, 2010 there is a $25 service fee to cover administrative costs.
  • If you cancel between May 31 and June 15, 2010 there is a $50 service fee to cover administrative costs.
  • If you cancel after June 15, we are unable to refund your registration fee. (We are sorry but there are no exceptions to the June 15 deadline for canceling. All attendance guarantees are given to the hotel on June 15.)
  • You may transfer your registration to another person. You must notify us in writing of this change NO LATER THAN JUNE 15.

To cancel a registration or change a registration you must notify NAMI Registration in writing no later than June 15, 2010. All registration changes and cancellations must be sent IN WRITING via one of three ways:

* No cancellations may be made via telephone.

Registration Policies

  • No phone registrations/changes/cancellations accepted.
  • Payment must accompany the registration form. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
  • Purchase orders must be received by the NAMI registrar by May 1, 2010 and paid in full by May 31, 2010. We are not able to accept purchase orders on-site in San Francisco.
  • Do not fax AND mail copies of completed forms. Please register only once.
