NAMI Election 2006 Tools

Its election time!  As campaigns heat up this Fall, NAMI advocates, leaders, and members will be engaging in the debate as part of their commitment to the NAMI movement and mission. In support of this effort, we have assembled some tools for you to use in elevating the issues of mental illness, including a draft op ed and sample questions for candidates.  There will be an opportunity for further technical assistance on a conference call next Wednesday, 9/27 from 1-2 pm Eastern time.  This information and these resources have been mailed to all NAMI affiliate and state organization leaders and should be in mailboxes next week.
