Emily K. Tracy is the Development Director at NAMI. She brings nearly 15 years of fundraising experience in the health and human service, environmental, and higher education sectors. Ms. Tracy cultivates relationships with individual donors who wish to support NAMI’s mission. She also develops and leads strategies that provide financial resources for NAMI to help individuals affected by mental illness and their families.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Tracy worked in higher education at Marymount University in Arlington, VA as the Senior Major Gifts Officer and Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL as the Director of Development. Before working in higher education, she was Director of Development at PROVAIL, a Seattle, WA multi-service organization that helps people with disabilities live better lives.
In addition to her fundraising skills, Ms. Tracy has managed and led high performing teams and helped organizations to develop and execute strategic plans. She holds a BA from The George Washington University and is an MS candidate at Marymount University.
