  • What are the dates of the 2013 NAMI National Convention?
    The convention dates are June 27 - 30, 2013
  • I am trying to plan my travel. What is the convention schedule?
    The convention begins on Thursday morning, June 27 and ends on Sunday evening, June 30. Check our program page for more information.
  • What hotel is NAMI using in San Antonio?
    All convention activities will be held at the Grant Hyatt in San Antonio, TX. The hotel rate is $144 per night (plus tax) for a double or single room. Learn more.
  • I want to register for the convention. How much does it cost and how can I do this?
    The Early Bird rate for members is $235 and the rate is available until May 31, 2013. Register Now!
  • I want to exhibit at the convention.

  • Does NAMI provide Continuing Education Units?

  • NAMI is accredited to offer continuing education credit to registered nurses, social workers and licensed counselors. The convention will offer upto 22 CEUs. The fee for applying is just $15. The application will be available online during and after convention.
  • I am first-timer, do you have specific information I could look at?

  • Are there any scholarships available that will help my travel and lodging expenses and pay for my registration fee?

    Notice to SAMHSA scholarship applicants: we have just been informed that SAMHSA does not yet have budget approval to provide scholarships for any mental health conferences due to the sequester. Please know that there is not yet a commitment by SAMHSA to provide scholarships. As more information from SAMHSA becomes available we will post it here.

    The deadline for submitting the scholarship application was April 4, 2013. SAMHSA is no longer accepting applications.
