Tips for entering your data:
- Use Internet Explorer as your browser to enter data
- If you have any difficulty reporting data, look at the end of the browser address window at the top of the page. If you see a 'ripped paper' icon, click on it.
- You will need a username and password in order to enter data when clicking on any of these links
- This password is NOT your personal nami.org login
