Emergency Department Resource Toolkit

NAMI has recently created an Emergency Department Resource Toolkit of educational brochures around suicide prevention and the emergency department.   The Toolkit features three brochures -- one each for individuals who have attempted suicide and their families about the importance of obtaining follow-up care, and one brochure for medical professionals who work in emergency departments.  The brochures for individuals who have attempted suicide and their families are also available in Spanish.

How to obtain toolkit:

There are two ways to obtain the brochures in this toolkit:

1. Order copies from NAMI Store

Use the links below to purchase copies from the NAMI Store. You may order individual titles, sold in bundles of 50, or you may order a complete set of all the brochures, sold in a bundle of 10 each. The cost is $30 per item ($27 for NAMI members).

2. Download individual copies

Use the links below to download single copies of each brochure in PDF format.

Note:  This project is supported by the Suicide Prevention Resource Center and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
