Welcome NAMI Professional Supporters! In order to join NAMI's Professional Supporter Program, please enter the invitation code from the letter you received in the box below. This will direct you to the application form, pre-filled with your information. The invitation code is printed on your response card beneath your address, as shown in the example below:
