We have created this page in loving memory of our father and hero, Roy W. Reynolds. After a courageous and long battle with bipolar disorder, our Dad finally succumbed to the terrible illness on January 18, 2012. We miss him terribly, yet are confident that after a life-long struggle, he is finally at peace. He will always be remembered as the most amazing father and friend we could have asked for.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness, and the work that they do is very important to us. NAMI is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to raising awareness and improving the lives of all those affected by mental illness. We are asking for donations to NAMI in lieu of flowers. Even if you can't donate, please take a moment to explore the NAMI website and educate yourself about mental illness -- we believe that general awareness and understanding of mental health disorders is critical yet currently lacking.
