About Us: Allegheny County, PA Department of Human Services (DHS)...
Meeting the human service needs of county residents - most particularly our vulnerable populations - through an extensive range of prevention, early intervention, crisis management, and after-care services.
The Office of Behavioral Health is responsible for providing Allegheny County adults, children, youth, and their families with a coordinated, community-focused system of high quality and cost-effective mental health and substance abuse services, including prevention, crisis intervention, treatment, and community support services.
