A POEM FOR YOU

As I sit here pondering…
my thoughts are as a tornado,
confused, entangled or interwoven.
But yet, amidst all their complexity,
one of them persists.
This is that of you.
Your smile, words and image
appear in my mind as though
the wind itself brought you to me.

I am happy to have met you for,
my life would have been
a beach without sand and
an ocean without water
or a morning without dew
on a field without grass.
