DBSA has a grassroots network of nearly 1,000 patient-run support groups across the country. Here in San Diego County we have 7 local chapters including: El Cajon, San Diego-LaJolla, Hillcrest, VA Hospital, Temecula, Fallbrook & North County. For more info: www.dbsalliance.org
