If you have made it to this website then you have already read about our daughter's journey through mental illness.
On Sunday this year we are walking in the memory of my brother-in-law, Sargent Peter Papasadora of the Revere Police department who tragically took his own life in January of this year.
Mental illness left my sister Denise without a husband and her three beautiful children without a Dad. Maybe if the stigma of mental illness was not so great and medical professionals were more attuned to recognizing mental illness, Peter might have been able to get the proper treatment he needed.
If you choose to support our efforts please remember any amount no matter how small will be greatly appreciated and pooled with everyone else’s contribution will go a long way towards helping NAMI further its work of advocacy, education and support.
