National Director of Development
Emily K. Tracy brings strategic fundraising experience in the health and human service, environmental, and higher education sectors. Ms. Tracy cultivates relationships with individual donors and family foundations to align their interests with NAMI’s priorities. She oversees the national fundraising strategy for major and planned giving, direct marketing, donor events and development operations.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Tracy worked in higher education at Marymount University in Arlington, VA in a major gift capacity and Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL as the Director of Development. Before working in higher education, she was Director of Development at PROVAIL, a Seattle, WA multi-service organization that helps people with disabilities to live better lives.
In addition to her fundraising skills, Ms. Tracy has managed and led high performing teams and helped organizations to develop and execute strategic plans. She holds a BA from The George Washington University and an MS from Marymount University.
