Katrina Gay

National Director, Strategic Partnerships

Katrina Gay provides leadership to identify, evaluate, champion and execute opportunities to drive awareness, increase resources and facilitate growth through strategic partnerships. She works to build a mental health movement through the development and execution of an integrated strategy to ensure successful cross-sector corporate partnerships, social influencer ambassador initiatives and cause marketing efforts.

Since 1997, Ms. Gay has represented NAMI in various capacities including serving as National Director of Communications & Public Affairs and participated as a representative to the White House Conference on Mental Health, multiple international collaboratives and serves on numerous committees, coalitions and advisory boards. She has led NAMI’s social media, digital and branding initiatives and numerous national campaigns.

Prior to NAMI, Ms. Gay worked in both corporate and hospitality industry Public Relations. She has received many peer acknowledgements including awards for her work in strategic communications.
