What piece of your work at NAMI are you most proud of?
I am proud to have worked on Minority Mental Health Month 2017 in order to shed a light on the added barriers that people from diverse communities face when seeking mental health care. All month long, my colleagues and I featured personal stories and articles on the NAMI Blog and social media platforms.
What’s something about you that would surprise others?
I write and perform spoken word poetry.
