Seán Stickle has worked in nonprofit technology since 1999, focused on IT turnarounds and organizational growth — with leadership roles in diverse nonprofits, including solar power, medical education and meat packing. He leads the NAMI Information Systems team in overhauling NAMI 360, simplifying NAMI’s IT infrastructure, improving data quality and expanding field involvement in systems design. He strongly believes in the philosophy of “building with, not building for.”
