NAMI Family Support Group
NAMI Family Support Groups are free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned group wisdom.
If you cannot find a support group in your area, scroll down the page to see the list of support groups located across the country. Many of the support groups are virtual, and attendance is open to those outside of the region.

Park in back parking lot. Come in back door which is main entrance. Take elevator to your right to second floor. Walk straight ahead and take two rights to the end of the hall. To your right is the meeting room. We start promptly at 7 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m.
