NAMI Family Support Group

NAMI Family Support Groups are free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned group wisdom.

If you cannot find a support group in your area, scroll down the page to see the list of support groups located across the country. Many of the support groups are virtual, and attendance is open to those outside of the region.

NAMI Eastside provides Spiritual Support Groups for those who use spirituality in their journey to recovery. These groups are open to both individuals living with a mental health condition and their family members. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. Privacy Protocols We encourage all participants to keep this meeting private. You are responsible to ensure you have reliable internet and a quiet private space (such as a room where you can close the door) for the meeting. If in a public place, keep the screen turned so others cannot view it. Use headphones to mute the sound. Register for support groups at and classes at
