NAMI of DuPage offers free, completely confidential, drop-in support groups for people who have a family member or friend suffering with a mental illness. Since our relationship with our loved ones suffering with mental illness is an ongoing journey and often difficult, it is helpful to know that families can receive support. This is also an opportunity to help others who are experiencing some of the difficulties with their family member that we have been through, and to share some of the insights or community resources.
