Staffed by volunteers with real experience living with mental health conditions, the NAMI HelpLine will also continue to be a resource for you to find help and offer support to others. You can connect to this service Monday–Friday, 10am to 10pm ET by calling 800-950-6264, texting ‘helpline’ to 62640* or entering the online webchat at nami.org/help. To volunteer as a HelpLine Specialist offering peer support to others, visit nami.org/volunteer. We couldn’t provide this valuable service without the participation of passionate and caring people like you.
Thank you so much for being a part of the NAMI community. We hope you will continue to stay connected through our many support groups and educational programs, available both online and in-person nationwide. To find your local NAMI, visit nami.org/FindSupport.
