Internal Strategy and Support

The Internal Strategy and Support department supports other departments and programs within NAMI and consists of many teams. The NAMI HelpLine provides support and resources for over thirty-thousand callers each year. Our meetings and convention team plans the annual national convention, provides support for other meetings and trainings such as EDLE and Training of Trainers. Our office administration team manages both the national office and the NAMI Store. And our data team provides technical support to staff and oversees the development and integration of enterprise platforms and systems.
