Letter to House Energy and Commerce Committee leadership urging support of H.R. 7808, the Early Action and Responsiveness Lifts Youth (EARLY) Minds Act, which would allow states to use up to 5% of their Community Mental Health Block Grant funds for prevention and early intervention services with children and adults.
