NAMI Connection

NAMI Connection is a support group for people 18+ living with mental health conditions. NAMI’s support groups are free, peer-led follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need. Groups meet weekly, every other week or monthly, depending on location.

DO NOT BUY LARGE QUANTITIES of cigarettes or other tobacco products.   Instead, buy one pack at a time so you run out on your quit date . PREPARE YOUR SPACES by throwing away ash trays and lighters and cleaning  your car’s interior. IDENTIFY WHAT TRIGGERS YOUR URGE TO SMOKE so that you can avoid those  triggers while trying to quit.
