Please expect delivery within 7-10 business days for all non-custom products. Custom products will take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Custom Novelty And Wearable Orders

Customers will receive a proof for any custom order purchased from a email address. The proof must be approved before an order will be processed. Custom orders take 2 to 4 weeks to be completed after approval. TMG will only produce NAMI Inc. approved logos, if you logo is not approved you may request a refund. Requests for changes to embroidered items have a $45 change fee that must be paid to NAMI prior to processing. Custom orders are not returnable.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold by the NAMIStore within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. No items returned after 30 days of receipt will be accepted for refund. To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original product packaging, including shrink-wrapping, if applicable.

NAMIStore will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of a NAMI Store error. Contact us and we will guide you through the return process and supply you with a return mailing label if applicable.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process depending on transit time from the customer to NAMI, the processing of your return by the NAMI Store and accounting processing your refund; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your pending refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

No refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Any item that has signs of use or damage
  • Any CD or DVD that has been opened/taken out of its shrink-wrap. (Exception: a replacement will be issued for opened items that are defective.)
  • Any custom print materials, novelty items or clothing


Donations are refunded if NAMI is notified of an error in the amount or frequency of the donation within 30 days.
