NAMI Seeks Participants for Survey on Lived Experience of Borderline Personality Disorder

2/18/2021

NAMI is working with a clinical research partner that is interested in learning more about the lived experience of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) to improve future research on the condition. To support this person-centered research, NAMI is conducting a Virtual Advisory Panel — an online platform for participants to anonymously answer a survey on how BPD affects their life, work and relationships.

To participate in the Virtual Advisory Panel, we are seeking adults with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and adult family members/care partners of people with a diagnosis of BPD. If you or someone you know is interested in participating, please complete a brief eligibility questionnaire.

Survey responses will be used to help NAMI support our research partner as they continue to develop novel treatments and supports for people with BPD. The survey should take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Participants who complete the survey will receive a $75 prepaid Visa gift card in appreciation for their time.
