Lloyd Hale: Change Is Possible

As a young African American growing up in South Carolina, the decks were already stacked against Lloyd. As we hear the pleas for criminal justice reform across America, Lloyd's story illuminates the critical need for justice system diversion and comprehensive mental health services to be part of any solution.
