Meet Efe Osagie (she/her), a 24-year-old hailing from Michigan, currently working as a Digital Organizer at Progress Michigan. She became interested in mental health advocacy and social justice pursuits after struggling with severe depression and anxiety in college that ultimately led to hospitalization. Since then, she’s been adamant about speaking up about the experience of mental illness among young adults, including by blogging about her own mental health experiences, to raise awareness and prevent others from feeling alone. In her free time, she loves acting, painting, and spending time with friends!
