Workplace Giving

Many workplaces allow the option for employees to make a donation to NAMI through payroll deduction. Here are some available options:

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Federal employees are eligible to contribute to NAMI through the CFC. Remember to designate NAMI: #10562.

Community Health Charities. A federation of over 60 health charities that works to raise charitable contributions in the workplace. Remember to designate NAMI: #10562.

United Way. Be sure to write in NAMI (of P.O. Box 49104, Baltimore, MD 21297) on your United Way workplace campaign.

Matching Gifts

A matching gift is an easy way to double or even triple your contribution to NAMI. Thousands of companies have programs that match their employees’ contributions to their favorite charities. Use the search tool below or contact your human resources department to find out if your company has a program.

Your company likely uses one of two ways to secure your additional matching gift to NAMI:

• A matching gift form. Obtain the form from your company, fill out the “donor” section and mail it to NAMI (P.O. Box 49104, Baltimore, MD 21297). NAMI will complete the “charity” section of the form and mail it back to your company. This will confirm your gift and request your company’s matching gift.
• A receipt of your gift. Make your donation to NAMI through the mail(P.O. Box 49104, Baltimore, MD 21297);, phone (1-888-999-NAMI (6264) – menu option 3); or online. Upon processing your gift, NAMI will provide a tax receipt. Bring the receipt to your company, and they will distribute a matching gift to NAMI.
