We could use your help to get the word out about the NAMI Teen & Young Adult (T&YA) HelpLine launch. Whether you’re a NAMI organization, a partner organization, an established influencer or just looking for some friendly talking points, we’ve prepared plenty of thoughtful and helpful messages for you to share with friends, family, colleagues, and organizations.

#Talktous

Our central theme for launching the NAMI Teen & Young Adult HelpLine is: Whether you’re looking for answers, resources, or support – you can talk to us. The trained specialists at our HelpLine pull from their own experiences of mental health discovery and empowerment. When you reach out to the HelpLine, you’re taking the first step in your own journey toward better understanding and navigating mental health.
