Hope Started With Us: Episode 3 Back to School Anxiety featuring Willa Amai and Angel Zhong

In this episode of NAMI’s podcast, NAMI CEO Daniel H. Gillison Jr. speaks with Willa Amai (NAMI ambassador, singer/songwriter and newly enrolled Harvard student) and Angel Zhong (NAMI Next Gen youth advisor, rising senior and newly elected class president at University of the Pacific) about students' anxieties as they head back to school. How are students feeling in this time where we are kind of done with the pandemic, kind of not? How can students cope with anxiety about school shootings? How are students balancing not just the pressure to perform at school, but on social media? Listen in to get real insights from real young people.

We hope this podcast encourages you, inspires you, helps you and brings you further into the collective to know: you are not alone.

Episodes will air every other Wednesday and will be available on most major directories and apps.
