You can play a significant role in growing the NAMI movement. Remember to plan ahead. Many begin planning in June, but some events take longer. Press releases, op-eds and letters to editors should be submitted at least two weeks before an event, not counting other publicity.
NAMI has prepared a style sheet for 2016 to help you give your activities the right look and feel. It contains guidance about what colors to use, suggested talking points and messages, and sample social media posts.
